Shuyan Chen
After studying computer science for 7 years in Department of Computer, Southeast University (P.R.China), I received my master degree in 1992. From then on, I have been working in Nanjing Normal University. I got my Ph.D. in the field of system engineering in 2003 from Southeast University. After a postdoctor position (06.2003 - 9.2005) in College of Transportation, Southeast University, now I am a visiting scholar in the Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing Lab headed by Prof. Luc De Raedt at the Albert-Ludwigs-University.
I am interested in machine learning and data mining and their applications to traffic engineering.
