In the EU-funded research project CoSy
(http://www.cognitivesystems.org) we are developing an integrated
robotic system for spatial understanding and situated interaction in
indoor environments. The communication with the robot is done using
spoken natural language. In our video we show one of the pitfalls of
off-the-shelf speaker-independent speech recognition software and how
this can lead to funny situations. The situation presented here occurred
as part of an experiment with a running system and has not been prepared
in advance.".
